Remittance Lookup by Pay Run Number

Reference Note: the pay run number is always the customer code, the year, the billing week and the number of pay runs for that week. For the video example, the combination creates the pay run number ENVI2025141, which represents the first pay run for the “Infios” customer in 2025 on billing week 14.

2022 Update: EFT/ACH payment notices from Infios now include the pay run numbers for you to reference when searching for remittance details on MyShipInfo. You will see the pay run number in the below format:

[Customer code] [Year] [week number of the year] [standard 1]
