How often is the data within the dashboards updated?

  • Freight dashboard data is refreshed on Thursdays for invoices closed 2 weeks prior.  For example, on Thursday, 11/22, the refresh will be for all closed data from 11/5 – 11/9​

  • Parcel dashboard data is refreshed on Thursdays for all invoices with create dates Monday to Sunday.  For example, on Thursday, 11/22, the refresh will be for all data loaded into the Infios FAP Portal from 11/12 – 11/18.
